John Burriss Penfield Certificate of Birth Registration Born on February 10, 1905 at Oswego, NY. Father is Charles B. Penfield and Mother is Mary W. Cavellier.
John Frederick Penfield was baptized on March 13, 1905, the sponsers being Harold Cavellier and Gratia Cavellier. These names do not appear in the genealogy, but surely they are relatives. Perhaps the names were knicknames or even middle names.
His First Communion was May 17, 1913 and his Confirmation was November 9, 1919, both at St. Mary’s Church, Oswego, New York.
